1. The "Reborn" Guarantee (First Order Only) We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first order of any specific product.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your first bottle, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase.

  • We will issue a full refund for that one opened bottle (minus shipping costs), no questions asked.

  • You do not need to return the opened bottle. This allows you to try our products risk-free.

2. Standard Returns (Unopened Items) For returning customers or additional bottles in your order:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with the seal intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items (clearly marked on the product page)

  • Note: Items purchased with standard discount codes (e.g., WELCOME10) ARE eligible for returns.

4. Exchanges (Damaged or Defective) We treat our products with care, but accidents happen during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately at cs@drseanomd.com with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged/defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
